Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some cases, account closure.
4.5 ojo89 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the applicant has previously been banned from the platform, has provided false information, or is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
ojo89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga bank transfer, OCBC NISP bank transfer, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There are no deposit fees on any supported IDR payment method. Deposits are credited to your ojo89 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. ojo89 aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes during WIB peak hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, UTC+7). 6.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value independent of their wagering requirement. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of consideration outside the ojo89 platform.
6.5 ojo89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification or discontinuation of a promotion does not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account prior to the change, provided the member continues to meet the applicable bonus conditions.

13.1 ojo89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account — with or without notice — where it believes, at its sole discretion, that the member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.
13.2 Upon termination of an account, all pending bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, ojo89 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation.
